The 7th annual Borgata Summer Poker Open tournament series starts off with a $100,000 Guaranteed Deep Stack No Limit Hold'em event on Wednesday, June 6, and concludes with the $500,000 Guaranteed Borgata Summer Poker Open Championship event (June 17-21). All tournament events will take place in the Borgata Poker Room, along with exciting Cash Game.
New this year is a YELLOW CHIP BOUNTY ALL-IN OR FOLD NLH (Re-Entry) tournament (Event 33) on Tuesday, June 12 at 7PM. This $150 + $30 + $20 Bounty event provides players with the following decision: All-In or Fold. Come play this exciting event -- a first for Borgata.
In addition to our signature No Limit Hold'em events (including Deep Stack, Six-Max, Survivor, Bounty and Seniors 50+), the 17-day series will offer H.O.R.S.E., Omaha (High and H/L 8B), and Pot Limit Omaha (8B and High) events along with several Championship Qualifiers.
Borgata's Double Play Re-Entry format for the Borgata Summer Poker Open Championship event allows players to register for either Day 1A (Sunday, June 17) or Day 1B (Monday, June 18) with the ability to Re-Enter the tournament if they bust out prior to Level 4. If a player is eliminated on Day 1A, he/she will have the opportunity to register for Day 1B.
Borgata will also pay the Chip Leader at the end of Day 1A and the Chip Leader at the end of Day 1B $3,000 CASH.
The 7th annual Borgata Summer Poker Open follows the highly-attended Borgata Winter Poker Open and Borgata Spring Poker Open tournament series and will be followed by the Borgata Poker Open (including the WPT Championship in September) and Borgata Fall Poker Open (November). That's a total of five major tournament series offered annually and further bolsters a poker program unrivaled on the East Coast!
