Event 1: Chopped Pot?, Not So Fast

$500 + $60 Deep Stack NLH (Re-Entry)

Statistically speaking suited cards only adds 2-3% of value to your holdings and for Seth Zimmerman (New York) that's all he needs to win a 1.2 million chip pot.

Zimmerman and Ruslan Dykshteyn (Brooklyn, NY) are all in preflop and both hold AK.

Zimmerman: A K
Dykshteyn: A K♣

The board runs out with three diamonds and Dykshteyn, who finished third in April's Borgata Spring Poker Open for $113,000, ships 664k to Zimmerman.

A frustrated Dykshteyn is a good sport and says, "nice hand," but is clearly disappointed as his 1.1 million stack is cut to ~400k.

Zimmerman is now one of the top 5 stacks.
