Soon after, Eddy V (NY) got his short-stack in the middle against two opponents.
On the river the board read K T 5 9 5. Brian Grogan showed T9 for two pair to take the pot. Eddy mucked and headed for the payout station.
Eddy finished 8th for $869.
Marcus Bower is up to ~250k and still in the lead.
Lana O'Brien is second with ~190k.
Brendan Norton has slipped all the way down to 25k and is the short-stack.
