Champ: Day 2 Preview

$2,500 + $200 Championship Deep Stack NLH (Re-Entry)

The 127 remaining players from Day 1A and Day 1B combine forces Tuesday to start Day 2 of the Borgata Summer Poker Open Championship Event.

Eugene Fouksman (Brooklyn, NY), the Day 1A chip leader, has the overal lead with 246,900 which is 58k ahead of second place.

Fouksman and Cathy Dever (Ephrata, PA), the Day 1B chip leader with 159,500, are now free rolling after they grabbed the $3,000 bonus for leading their respective days.

Also still free rolling is Jon Cohen (Staten Island, NY), the online contest winner, who returns with 75k.

Another notable player still in the hunt is defending Summer Poker Open Champion Tyng Low (Flushing, NY), who won $211,484 last year. 

This year's top prize is $198,078 as the top 36 players earn at least a min cash of $4,402.

The 127 players return with an average stack of 72k (72 BB) as play resumes noon Tuesday with blinds at 500/1,000/100 ante.
