With blinds at 8k/16k Mark Salem had been raising a number of pots, and continued that trend on this particular hand.  He made it 40k, and was met by an all-in from Felipe Villagran (Long Island, NY).  It was another 227k for Mark to call, and he took a significant amount of time to make his decision.  Felipe was doing a lot of talking while Salem was in the tank, and Salem was doing a lot of talking to himself.  Salem decided to call and tabled his 9 9, and he was up against the A 9 of Villagran.  Not a bad spot to be in for Salem, but he ended up drawing dead on the flop of A A 8.  Villagran scoops up the sizable pot, and sits with over 500k.
